To understand the term Experience Design, we need to look at what experiences are. Technically, experience can be described as the sensation of change, the alteration of environment, and the things we can perceive. In order to see something new, you have to not see something else. That is experience design. In order to provide a unique customer experience, one needs to start creating product with the customer and their experience in mind.
